These terms apply to the Ghoul Kids Club website at greenghostroad.com (the "site"), run by Dual Mind LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If a child uses the site, a parent or guardian agrees to them on the child's behalf.

Who owns the Ghoul Kids Club

Everything on the site belongs to Dual Mind LLC: the characters, names, artwork, patterns, logos, music, rhymes, stories, games and code. It's protected by copyright and trademark law.

• Green Ghost Road™, The Ghoul Kids Club™ and the names and looks of Mia, Mega, Echo, Hum, King, Finx, Chace, Dash, Hope and Wish are trademarks of Dual Mind LLC.
• G to the WALL® and the G to the WALL logo mark, which appears as the artist's signature on our artwork, are registered trademarks.

What you can do

• Play, learn and explore the site for personal, non-commercial use, at home or in a classroom.
• Share links to the site.

What you can't do

• Copy, download, reprint, sell, or make products from the characters, art, music or other content, or put them on other websites or social media accounts as your own.
• Use the site's content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, or collect it with automated tools such as scrapers.
• Try to break, overload or interfere with the site.

The shop

The Shop button leads to our merch store, which is run by Printful on its own website. Purchases are for adults 18 and older, and are covered by Printful's terms and policies, not these terms.

About the facts

The facts on the site are written to be fun and easy for young kids to understand, so they're simplified. They're meant to spark curiosity, not to replace a teacher, a textbook or professional advice.

The site is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep the site fun and working, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or work on every device or browser. To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the site "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dual Mind LLC is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the site.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms. When we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
