Privacy Policy

The short version: we don't collect personal information from kids. Here's exactly how the site works.

Effective October 19, 2026Last updated October 19, 2026

Who we are

The Ghoul Kids Club website (the "site") at greenghostroad.com is run by Dual Mind LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@greenghostroad.com.

The short version

No accounts

No sign-ups, logins or profiles.

No ads, no tracking

No advertising, analytics or cookies.

Nothing to type

No chats, forms or text boxes.

Nothing sent to us

What kids do on the site isn't sent to us.

Kids' privacy

The site is made for children ages 4 to 12. We follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we've built the site so that it doesn't collect personal information from children:

If a child sends us personal information some other way, such as by email, we'll delete it and won't use it. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we'll delete it.

What's saved on your device

To remember progress between visits, the site saves a few small notes in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else, and they contain no personal information. They include:

You can erase these at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Services that help run the site

Like every website, our site needs a few outside services to work. When your device connects to any website, that website's servers can see technical information such as your device's IP address and browser type. Here is who that applies to:

Netlify (website hosting)

Netlify stores and delivers the site's pages. Like any web host, it receives technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and keep the site secure. See Netlify's privacy statement.

Open-Meteo (live weather)

The sky over the Clubhouse shows the current weather in New York City. To get it, your browser asks Open-Meteo, a free weather service, for New York City's weather. The request says nothing about you or your location. Open-Meteo's servers can still see your device's IP address, which it says it may log for technical reasons, such as server maintenance or preventing misuse, and deletes after 90 days. See Open-Meteo's terms and privacy.

Your browser's built-in voice

When Echo raps, the site uses the speech voice built into your web browser. Echo only says rhymes we wrote. Some browsers use online voices, in which case the browser maker, such as Google, Apple or Microsoft, processes the words of that rhyme to speak them.

Fonts and icons

The site's fonts and icons are served from our own site, not from outside font or icon services.

The shop

The Shop button leads to our merch store, which is run by Printful on its own website. A grown-up check asks visitors to confirm they're 18 or older before the store opens. Purchases are for adults only. Anything you share with the store is handled under Printful's privacy policy, not this one.

The only link that leaves our site is the Shop button, and it always shows the grown-up check first. Other websites have their own privacy practices.

Parents' choices

Because we don't collect personal information from children, there's nothing for us to share, sell, review or delete. If you have any questions, or believe we have information about your child, contact us and we'll respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site works, for example by adding a new feature or service, we'll update this policy and the date at the top before the change goes live. If a change would involve collecting personal information from children, we'll get verifiable parental consent first, as COPPA requires.
